This means getting clear on what you want and what you don't want. Then, being able to say ''No'' when you want to, and say ''Yes'' when you want to.
I will support you in creating a beautiful relationship with yourself and your body. This will help you to build confidence to speak your truth and ask for what you need. When you have a sense of self trust and you can interpret the messages from your body- you are empowered. You feel more confident to ask your boss for a raise, or to speak up about how you need your partner to support you.
As we dive deeper in our work together you will remember your self worth. We all feel worthy when we are born. We are never afraid to ask for what we need as infants. Trauma from childhood can cloud this for us as adults. We will work together to bring back your sense of self worth and help you feel confident in who you are and what your purpose is.
We all deal with stress. As a Trauma informed Coach, I will teach you about your nervous system and how you can manage different nervous system activations. The tools and practices I offer can help you to better manage your emotional reactions and feel more in control of yourself during stressful situations.
